Electrochemical composite coatings allow successfully solving many practical problems of surface-hardening structural parts and their tooling components, as well renewing fast-wearing components. chromium-matrix are used to enhance the thermal wear resistance steel articles operating in friction conditions under increased temperatures, but low shock loads. This paper presents results obtained from studying how fine black carbon particles affect properties coatings. Optimal found for producing high-quality coatings, such suspended electrolyte mixing rate graphite concentration electrolyte.
